Newquay & Par Under 11 girls,
Lowenna Hawkey, Diana Chalmers & Jordan Holroyd, went to Truro School on
Sunday 1st June 2008 and competed in a triathlon.
The girls competed over a 150 metre swim, a 3Km cycle ride, finishing off
with a 1.2Km run.
They competed in the 9/10yr old age group which was a combined girls and
boys event and the girls came away with all 3 medals , beating the boys in
the process.
