WELCOME TO NEWQUAY AND PAR ATHLETIC CLUB
Welcome to the Newquay & Par AC website.

Newquay & Par Athletic Club was formed in 1984 by an amalgamation of two existing clubs, Newquay AC & Par AC. The club boasts an impressive record of success, including  having club athlete Jemma Simpson (pictured) represent Great Britain at the 2007 World Athletics Championships, 2008 Olympics and the 2009 World Championships. Also in 2009 Chris McQuillen Wright represented GB Masters in the 3000m.

Par has an all weather synthetic 6 lane track, including 2 long/triple jump beds & runways, high jump & pole vault areas, 2 javelin runways, shot circle and a competition standard cage for discus & hammer throwing.

Newquay offers training facilities for most disciplines at Newquay Tretherras School.

We are signed up to the Club Mark Scheme and take our responsibilities for child safety very seriously.
